A mini 8 page lyric zine from the Yoko Ono Song, Yes I'm a Witch. Images created with monoprints of my witchy items. Folds out to reveal a witchy playlist.

My Body
An 8 page mini zine made from monoprints of my body. Created in the spirit of resisting against the world that wants to profit off of your insecurities, the negative comments I've received on my body, and reflecting on the politics of women's bodies. None of that is written in this zine but the thought I always come back to when thinking about these things is found within this small zine. Loving yourself is an act of resistance.

My Ritual
An 8 page mini made with mono prints from the jewelry I wear everyday. A little stream of consciousness reflection on what it means to me to put on my jewelry everyday. Unfold it and there is a mono print of my favorite necklace that I wear almost everyday.

What is a zine?
A zine (pronounced “zeen,” like magazine) is a non- commercial, small-circulation work that is self-published. Zines are always handmade. They’re a part of DIY culture and zine making is motivated by passion, the desire for self-expression, and sharing a unique perspective, not making a profit. Because of this, zine trading is an important part of the culture. Zines can consist of any genre you can imagine: they can be personal, educational, humorous, or political. They can really be about anything! A common feature that zines share is that they’re outside of the mainstream—by reading a zine, you’re probably hearing from someone who doesn’t have access to traditional publishing (or has no desire to go the traditional route). Importantly, zines provide access to often underrepresented voices, if you're reading a zine, you're hearing directly from someone with a unique perspective.
A perzine is a personal zine, one where the creater shares something about themselves with the reader.
