Here's the list of half sized zines to choose from:
1.
Arcana Ma
A zine exploring the institution of motherhood, mothers making art, and feminist views on mothering under patriarchy.
Inside you'll find my rambling thoughts on the intersections of art, art history, and feminist theory through a matricentric lense. Art from my Sapphic and Arcana Ma series are present throughout this zine.
This is a 5.5" Ă— 8.5" zine on good ol' copy paper, 6 pages total, and it's been hand sewn together.
2.
Herbal Medicine Zine
A 48 page, half sized zine all about local herbs that grow in the Driftless region of Wisconsin. You will learn about herbal energetics, wildcrafting ethics, and herbal medicine making in this hand illustrated and hand written zine. Each in depth herb page features a hand carved block print of each plant next to info on where to find, how to harvest, and what makes the herb an incredible healing ally.
The cover is a nice thick card stock in three different green colors: nettle, moss, and mugwort. You'll be surprised with the shade of green you receive.
Half-sized, 48 pages, black ink, green cardstock cover.
3.
Ephemera: A Diary of My Feelings Around Grief, Ancestry, and the Junk I Can’t Throw Out
A half-sized zine. Collaged from the paper ephemera of my grandparents life. My most personal zine. Made with so much love.
Half size, 24 page, full color, cardstock cover, and red hand-stitched binding.
4.
The Authoritarian Regime Survival Guide
The text in this zine comes from a series of tweets in Jan of 2017, it went viral and that’s why I know about it because I have no social media. It was shared by professors, writers, and thinkers across the internet. It is, unfortunately, more relevant than ever before here in America (and much of it has been relevant for many for a long time). Art features my original block prints. The zine acts as a checklist so you can keep track of the authoritarian regime.
Half sized, printed in black on sunny yellow paper, 12 pages
The list of quarter sized zines:
5.
I Love Rings Zine
A quarter sized zine printed in black ink on blue paper. Handwritten and collaged with pictures of some of my favorite rings. Why do you love rings and where did your love of rings come from? What rings do you wear the most? Sentimental rings? Where did you get that one? How much did you pay for it? Who made that ring? It’s all answered in this zine. Riveting.
Quarter sized, printed on blue paper in black ink, handwritten, 24 pages
6.
Buried Treasure Zine
A quarter sized collage zine printed in purple ink, telling a ln almost true short story about an estate sale find that involves the map seen on the cover and throughout the zine!
quarter size zine, printed in purple ink, 16 pages

What is a zine?
A zine (pronounced “zeen,” like magazine) is a non-commercial, small-circulation work that is self-published. Zines are always handmade. They’re a part of DIY culture and zine making is motivated by passion, the desire for self-expression, and sharing a unique perspective, not making a profit. Because of this, zine trading is an important part of the culture. Zines can consist of any genre you can imagine: they can be personal, educational, humorous, or political. They can really be about anything! A common feature that zines share is that they’re outside the mainstream—by reading a zine, you’re probably hearing from someone who doesn’t have access to traditional publishing (or has no desire to go the traditional route). Importantly, zines provide access to often underrepresented voices, if you're reading a zine, you're hearing directly from someone with a unique perspective.

In the spirit of zines... my zines are raw and unpolished, made on a library copy machine, and I am always open to zine trades! Shoot me a message via the contact page if you are a zinester and want to make a trade. I've got more zines that aren't found on my website and we can discuss further via email!
