A cute mini zine trio! All art is original and handmade, drawn, painted, or printed on paper.

One is my artist "business card" with a short bio, statement, and work examples. It's titled Tiana Traffas Art.

The other is a studio scraps and sketches collage zine.

And the last is a zine made up of 8 gelli plate sketches. The mini zine unfolds and inside I share my reflections on learning new things and making ugly art as part of the creative process.

I've got three payment tiers for you to choose from. One pays for the cost to make the zine and send it out, one pays me a couple bucks, and the last is the "support a starving artist" tier. Pay what you want!

What is a zine?
A zine (pronounced “zeen,” like magazine) is a non- commercial, small-circulation work that is self-published. Zines are always handmade. They’re a part of DIY culture and zine making is motivated by passion, the desire for self-expression, and sharing a unique perspective, not making a profit. Because of this, zine trading is an important part of the culture. Zines can consist of any genre you can imagine: they can be personal, educational, humorous, or political. They can really be about anything! A common feature that zines share is that they’re outside the mainstream—by reading a zine, you’re probably hearing from someone who doesn’t have access to traditional publishing (or has no desire to go the traditional route). Importantly, zines provide access to often underrepresented voices, if you're reading a zine, you're hearing directly from someone with a unique perspective.
